Today was Liberation Day in Italy. It is equivalent to our Independence Day. I was able to enjoy some friendly card games with the retirement home folks today. The one thing that is amazing is how God gives people, in retirement homes, wisdom, encouragement, and a sense of joy. I will make it a normal routine on Wednesday. There is a story when one of the Avanti people walk in, that some ladies will stick out their necks and wait for Avanti people to go lavorare, Not in a crude way, but in a way of saying you must come over to acknowledge me, because I am dying to do so. Same concept of God waiting for us to come over and greet Him. That is all God wants from us, to come talk to him.
