Today was the first time to meet with the new student who
came to the ping pong tournament. It was very interesting and
helpful. The first meeting with each student I ask them about 10 to 15
different questions. Many questions refer to their personality and
hobbies, but others focus on their religious background. We had a great
time getting to know each other and to find out the students beliefs. The
student's proclamation of being an atheist was a shock to me, because this
person is really nice and good person. I immediately judged the student
of having a belief in God, even if the practice of religion was not a part of
daily life. The great thing that will make a tough road ahead is the
student wants to learn about Christianity and has an open mind to the thought
of God. Please pray for Samuele and his study of the Bible.

What a wonderful opportunity! Let the Word be the teacher, and you just worry about being the illustration of the Word. The Word is powerful enough to convict on its own, and you can focus on growing that relationship of trust with Samuele. Gently share stories of God's work in your life. Tell your story with God at the center. Allow Samuele to think and the Spirit to do His thing. Share Jesus and share yourself! :)
